Unearthing Beauty: Memoir Edition

By enrolling in Unearthing Beauty (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Overview

Unearthing Beauty is a five-month writing program that includes 12 live coaching calls, recorded trainings, digital materials, community access, 10 rounds of feedback, and 2 individual coaching calls. Specific program details are outlined on the sales page at the time of enrollment.

The Program is educational in nature and designed to support participants in developing their writing practice, memoir outline, and self-understanding.

2. Payment Terms

• The total Program fee is $1997.
   
• Payment may be made in full or via payment plan (5 monthly payments of $400 each).
   
• By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
   
• Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the Program and revocation of access to materials.
   
• All fees are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

3. Refund Policy

No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to materials, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided. If truly extenuating circumstances arise, accommodations may be made on a case-by-case basis.

4. Intellectual Property

All Program materials—including videos, worksheets, frameworks, teachings, and written content—are the intellectual property of Mara Eller.

You may:

• Use materials for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Share, reproduce, distribute, sell, or repurpose Program materials without written permission.
   
• Record live sessions for redistribution.

Unauthorized distribution constitutes intellectual property infringement.

5. Participant Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• Your results depend on your participation and personal effort.
   
• The Program does not guarantee publication, book deals, financial success, or specific outcomes.
   
• You are responsible for your own writing decisions and creative direction, as well as any legal ramifications of your written content.

6. Community Conduct

Participants agree to:

• Engage respectfully.
   
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants’ shared work and personal stories.
   
• Provide constructive feedback according to guidelines provided.

Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Program without refund.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your creative work and personal stories. While we encourage a safe and supportive environment, confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed in a group setting.

Participants are expected to honor the privacy of others.

8. Recording & Use of Content

Live calls will be recorded for participant access.

By participating in live sessions, you consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to appear in recordings, you may keep your camera off and use the chat feature.

We will not publicly use your writing, name, or likeness for promotional purposes without your explicit consent.

9. Disclaimer

The Program is for educational and informational purposes only.

It does not constitute:

• Legal advice
   
• Financial advice
   
• Mental health or therapeutic services

If you are experiencing significant emotional distress, please seek support from a licensed professional.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mara Eller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

Your participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

12. Agreement

By enrolling in Unearthing Beauty, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
